- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We got our daughter birthday party in this soft play yesterday. All could have been really good if 3 mothers of 4 violent kids were looking after them instead of chatting in a corner. The staff and especially the manager, did not move at all. She could only apologized but did not take any actions. I ended up in the soft play myself when one of these kids tried to bully my son. 4 kids, 4 incidents and they were still in! They should have been kicked out straight away! This is totally unacceptable. So parents ended up looking closely to their children safety and even if the kids enjoyed the party, it was disappointing for our guests parents and even more for us.
